Osawatomie State Hospital and Rainbow Mental Health Facility provide services to adults diagnosed with psychiatric disorders regardless of ability to pay or legal status. The hospitals serve individuals from 46 counties in Kansas through collaboration with 17 Community Mental Health Centers. The centers refer individuals to the hospital through a screening process.
